Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 17, 2025 These Quickscope Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Quickscope website, web applications, application programming interfaces (“APIs”), and messaging bots (including, without limitation, the Quickscope Telegram bot) (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, including by connecting a Digital Wallet or interacting with any Platform features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and references to “you” include both you individually and such entity, as applicable. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To access or use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a Prohibited Person and not use the Platform for the benefit of a Prohibited Person

2. Nature of the Platform; No Custody; No Agency

Quickscope provides non-custodial analytical tools, including market scanners, data visualizations, alerts, and messaging-based interfaces designed to surface public blockchain and messaging data.

• Quickscope does not custody digital assets, private keys, or seed phrases
• Quickscope does not act as your agent, broker, intermediary, or fiduciary
• Quickscope does not execute transactions on your behalf unless you explicitly initiate or authorize such actions through third-party tools or protocols
• You retain sole control over your Digital Wallet(s) and all transactions initiated from them

Quickscope cannot access, move, or control digital assets without your direct action through third-party protocols or services.

3. No Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

The Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Quickscope does not provide financial, investment, legal, regulatory, or tax advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You should not rely on the Platform as a source of profit or guaranteed returns
• All decisions and actions taken based on Platform information are made at your sole risk
• You are responsible for conducting your own research and consulting professional advisors

4. Digital Assets and Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that:

• Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Smart contracts, protocols, and third-party services may fail, be exploited, or change behavior
• Regulatory treatment of digital assets is uncertain and evolving

You assume all risks associated with using the Platform and engaging with digital assets.

5. Telegram Bot and Messaging Platforms

Quickscope may offer functionality through messaging platforms such as Telegram (the “Bot”). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Telegram is a third-party platform not controlled by Quickscope
• Messages, commands, alerts, or data delivered via the Bot may be delayed, reordered, duplicated, lost, or unavailable
• Availability of the Bot is not guaranteed
• You are solely responsible for any commands, instructions, or actions initiated through your Telegram account
• Quickscope is not responsible for Telegram outages, bans, moderation actions, or platform-level restrictions

6. Scan Tracking, Attribution, and Analytics

Access to messaging platform content requires your explicit action. Quickscope will only observe, ingest, process, and analyze messages and related metadata from a Telegram chat, group, or channel after (i) you have connected your Telegram account to the Platform and (ii) you have authorized access by adding the Quickscope Telegram bot to such chat, group, or channel. Quickscope does not access private messages, end-to-end encrypted communications, or any chats where the Quickscope Telegram bot has not been explicitly added. The Platform may identify, aggregate, and display information regarding:

• Token or contract mentions
• Public blockchain activity
• Observed propagation of information across messaging channels

All scan detection, attribution, and “first-seen” indicators are provided on a best-effort basis and are derived from observed public data. All scan analytics reflect observations of public data and do not confer ownership, rights, or exclusivity over any information displayed. Quickscope makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scans
• Originality, priority, or exclusivity of any information
• Attribution of any user, wallet, or channel

You agree that Quickscope shall have no liability arising from missed, delayed, or misattributed scans or analytics.

7. Automated and Semi-Automated Features

Certain Platform features may generate alerts, signals, or automated outputs based on parameters you define. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All automated outputs are non-discretionary and based solely on user-defined inputs
• You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving any action taken
• Quickscope does not monitor or intervene in your decision-making
• You may disable or modify automated features at any time through available Platform controls

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party wallets, protocols, data providers, or services (“Third-Party Services”). Quickscope does not control and is not responsible for Third-Party Services. Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Use the Platform for illegal or deceptive activity
• Engage in abusive, manipulative, or fraudulent conduct
• Misuse scan data for spam or harassment

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all software, content, and design elements, is owned by Quickscope and its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

11. Beta and Experimental Features

Certain features may be designated as beta, experimental, or early access. These features are provided “as is”, may change without notice, and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Quickscope shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages
• Quickscope’s aggregate liability shall not exceed $1,000 USD

13. Waiver of Fiduciary Duties

You acknowledge that Quickscope owes you no fiduciary duties. Any duties are limited solely to those expressly set forth in these Terms and applicable law.

14. Termination and Access Restrictions

Quickscope may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including compliance, security, or legal risk.

15. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
