Scanning is the core social feature of Quickscope. When you scan a token to a Telegram chat, you’re sharing it with your community–and earning rewards when they trade.
What is Scanning?
Scanning = sending a token to a Telegram chat.
When you scan a token:
The token info appears in the chat
Anyone in the chat can see it and trade
If someone buys from your scan, you earn a share of their trading fees
This creates a viral loop where good calls spread naturally and scanners get rewarded for their alpha.
How to Scan
In Telegram
/scan [contract address]
/scan [token name]
$symbol
Just paste a contract address or type /scan followed by the token. The bot will post the token info to the chat.
From the Web Terminal
You can scan tokens directly from the desktop terminal to any connected Telegram group:
Find a token on the web terminal
Click the share/scan icon
Select which group(s) to send the scan to
The scan posts to those groups instantly
This lets you share finds with your community without switching to Telegram.
Blast to Multiple Groups
Use /blast to scan a token to multiple groups at once:
Set up your blast list with /updateblastlist
Select which groups to include
Use /blast when you want to share a token everywhere
Use blast sparingly–spamming groups with low-quality scans will hurt your reputation.
Scan Message Indicators
Each scan message includes inline icons that surface key token data at a glance.
Token Info Row
Icon Indicator Example 🌱 Token age 5m, 2H, 3D 🧾 Global fees (SOL) 1.23 SOL 📈 All-time high MC $1.2M 📊 Trading volume Vol: $500K

The dev row also shows a funder icon indicating which exchange or service funded the deployer wallet (e.g., Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Kraken).
The token header displays an icon for the launchpad it was created on:
Icon Launchpad 💊 Pump.fun 🐶 BonkFun ✨ Believe 🌈 Heaven 🌕 Moonshot 🪐 Jupiter Studio 👜 BagsApp 🚀 LaunchLab ☄️ DBC
The scan count indicator (👀 at the bottom of a scan) shows how many times that token has been scanned across Quickscope – a quick gauge of community interest.
Scan Display Modes
Group admins can configure how scans appear:
Mode Description Full Complete token info with chart preview Mini Mode Compact format, less screen space Extra Mini Mode Single line, minimal info
Configure with:
/minimode on/off
/extraminimode on/off
Scan Filters
Admins can filter what gets scanned:
Setting Command Description Enable/disable /scansallowed on/offTurn scanning on or off Min FDV /minscanfdv [amount]Only show tokens above this FDV Tweet scanning /scantweet on/offAllow scanning from tweets
How Scan Rewards Work
When someone trades from your scan, you earn a percentage of their trading fees:
Level Rate How it works Level 1 20% You scan → someone in that chat buys Level 2 7% They scan it forward → someone there buys Level 3 3% One more hop → someone buys
The attribution follows the scan chain. Your alpha can spread across multiple chats and you keep earning from each hop.
Quality matters more than quantity. Scans that lead to profitable trades build your reputation and earn more rewards over time.

Best Practices
Do Scan tokens you’ve actually researched. Share early on promising finds, and build a reputation for quality calls.
Don't Spam every token you see. Avoid scanning rugs or honeypots, and don’t flood groups with low-quality scans.
Your scan history affects your reputation. Consistently good calls will attract followers and increase your earnings.
