### Common Issues

    * Increase priority fee
    * Check you have enough SOL for fees
    * Try again – network congestion may be the cause

### What to Include

When contacting support, provide:

1. Your wallet address (the Quickscope wallet, not signup wallet)
2. Description of the issue
3. Steps you've already tried
4. Screenshots if applicable
5. Transaction hash (if related to a specific trade)

### Terms of Service

Quickscope is a **non-custodial** analytics and trading platform. By using it, you agree to the following:

* You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction
* We don't custody your assets, act as your broker, or execute trades without your direct action
* Digital assets are volatile and speculative – you assume all risks
* Blockchain transactions are irreversible
* Quickscope is for informational purposes only – not investment, legal, or tax advice
* Maximum liability is limited to **\$1,000 USD**

### Privacy Policy

**What we collect:** email (if provided), Telegram username, connected wallet addresses, IP address, device metadata, usage logs, and public blockchain data.

**How we use it:** operate and improve the platform, provide analytics and alerts, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

**Telegram data:** we only access data in groups where you've connected your account and the bot has been added. We don't access private DMs, encrypted chats, or groups without bot access.

**We don't sell personal information.** We may share data with infrastructure providers and legal authorities if required by law.
